Great for improving cardio volume and avoiding couch rot
I love this thing. I've put nearly 400 miles on it since it arrived last month. It's quiet enough that it goes completely unnoticed during meetings, and I personally get a lot from the variety of resistance levels. The seat can be a bit uncomfortable after 30+ minutes, but padded bike shorts fix that problem.2000 mile update: Still going strong! The bike is just as quiet and sturdy as it was at mile 1, and I've gotten so used to it that pedaling for a couple hours at a time is surprisingly easy. This update written from the bike, mile number 2051.3000 mile update: Finally, something has gone awry. Mid cycling, the odometer completely reset. Not a big deal since I track mileage on a chart, so I can find the total, but it's taken to resetting during rides as well. Functionally, the bike and its resistance levels are still great, it's still very quiet when peddling, but losing that data is a bit disappointing.

Great bike to add exercise to daily life
We love this bike. Pedals smoothly, love the table - i prop my tablet on the table and pedal away while doom scrolling. The table is sturdy enough for me to put my coffee or tea on it while pedaling.Terrific purchase!

Good exercise bike
Very sturdy. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles (timer, miles traveled, etc.) but serves it purpose. I put it together myself (76 yo female) in about an hour.
