It’s been a year since I have purchased this and it still works like it did day 1! Super helpful after long day. I love the fact it’s portable. Only thing is don’t loose the manual as the modes are confusing without and I had trouble finding the info online. I took a picture of manual so I would always have the info :)

Lots of options including heat and cool, modes, strength, etc. Runs quite a while on a single charge. I like it and I use it.The reason for the loss of a star is that it doesn't work well on the little finger, for either hand. I have a specific neuropathy that affect the last two fingers of my left hand due to a surgical anomaly and this device simply doesn't give it the full massage. But if you have tired hands, this will relieve a lot of pain and stiffness.
