Highly recommend! I haven’t been sick once this whole 2025-2026 flu season even though several coworkers around me were sick. Not even when my sniffling sister sat right next to me at Christmas. The large size lasts forever too, I’m about 1/4 of the way in and I’ve taken it once a day regularly for almost 5 months! Take as directed with plenty of water to avoid kidney stones - if you hate water this product is not for you. It doesn’t upset my stomach but take with food if it does. For my anemic girlies it will help your iron pills absorb really well!

If people only knew the power of this vitamin! It's very rare to find non-gmo vitamin C, ascorbic acid is usually made on corn mold, aspergillous niger(didn't spell correctly, lol) but yeah BLACK MOLD! I have been very sick from exposure to mold and don't want something grown on it!This supplement includes everything needed to properly absorb and become the powerhouse of healing our bodies need!

I had wanted an ascorbate acid that was effective. In my search I found this brand, C-Salts, and decided to try it. Hmm, what flavor, if any? The options did not seem too appealing. I tried the lemon. The taste to me was not too appetizing, but I was overreaching to derive a help from the active ingredient, VIT C. This ascorbate fizzles in the cup, and activates. I continually ate it once or twice a day, and decided I would purchase the larger size. I now have tried the orange, and I find that more palatable, either in water or added in a drink. I cannot say that I can attest to the effectivenes: I do know, that I continue to go to it, and usually when I innately do not need it, I will ignore something to take. I also have not had an infectuous thing happen this winter, while so many people have been unfortunately and sadly had terrible symptoms.
