Review: Great hearing aid and great customer service - I ended up with a bad device. I contacted the customer service and received a brand new pair of hearing aids. This is my review with the brand new replacement. I have a severe hearing loss on my left ear due to years of having Tinnitus. I am able to hear better with my left ear by wearing that right one with the left one. One of the best feature is that you can enter your hearing test results from the hearing center and make your hearing aid tunes with those results. I don't know what your hearing loss is like, but these hearing aid definitely improved my life. I think it's worth a shot for anyone with the hearing loss who doesn't want to spend thousands of dollars for a hearing aid.

This is my first experience with hearing aids. I am trying to adjust. The manufacturer has been working with me to get them correct for my hearing loss. I get discouraged and stop for a while. I cannot honestly say whether the issue is me or the device. I am still having difficulty. I will return to the review if anything changes. They seem well made and have been great earbuds. Just trying to get the hearing aid portion correct.
