This peanut ball was delivered to me quickly at a super cheap price! I love this thing so much, there isn't a muscle I can't get with this, which is extremely important to me as an aerialist. works like a dream and it "hurts so good!" LOL. Great tool for trigger points especially along both sides of the spine.. aligns nicely. I use it down my spine from neck to hip. Also use it on my traps and upper pecs. I have a lot of chronic trigger points and muscle contracture due to a re-constructive surgery gone wrong (implants after mastectomy which have since been removed but left me with a lot of issues) The peanut does bring some reflief.

Faster delivery than originally stated. Love the orange color. The balls works exactly as I hoped, getting to areas of the spine that are an issue and helping it return to normal. I wish the balls had a little more "give" as they are too hard for me to lie down and use. Against a wall works well.As this product is helping I would give it 5 stars.
