Green RJ45 Jacks for RS-485
I was asked to add RS-485 cables for special devices at work. We needed a design that was easy to identify when we added the new devices to the network. We went with green RJ45 CAT6 keystone jacks. This color-coded approach simplifies device setup, connection, and troubleshooting, instantly highlighting specific connections for easy identification. The choice of green signifies the jacks' unique function. No matter which colors you need, these jacks offer a hassle-free experience as they snap into place in standard keystone wall plates or patch panels without complex tools or procedures. The CAT6 compatibility ensures reliable, high-speed performance for all connected devices, which is important for handling today's data-intensive tasks. RS-485 is an industrial protocol that is relatively immune to electrical noise. Despite being unshielded, these jacks integrate seamlessly into mixed cable environments, maintaining a neat and professional look.Keeping these jacks handy has proven invaluable, streamlining personal and professional network setups with their durability and ease of use. They're a practical solution for anyone involved in network management, offering efficiency and organizational benefits. The green RJ45 jacks are a simple, cost-effective, smart investment for network pros and DIY enthusiasts. They simplify ethernet connections, making network management more intuitive with their color-coding system. This approach enhances performance and facilitates a better understanding and quicker identification of network layouts.

Very easy to install
These keystones spoiled me! The 45° angle makes alignment and punching down super easy. Have been using for the past few months with no connectivity issues

Easy punchdown; works every time. The 45° angle is a good design decision.
Just punched down a rack with these connectors. They all worked first time. I'm very happy. My cable was Monoprice 23 AWG solid Cat 5E and Cat 6. I used an inexpensive handheld type 110 punchdown tool (PDT-110LC from Gardner Bender).Hint: Start by punching blue and green, then blue/white and green/white, etc. This makes it easy to lay in a wire and punch it down without interference from nearby wires. The 45° angle makes punchdown easy.I gave 4 stars for durability because the plastic cover cap doesn't snap on as tightly as I'd like, and the design doesn't make it easy to add a cable tie to anchor the cable where it enters the jack.Every connection passed test. I would definitely buy these again in the future.

Easy to install
Even without the special tool, this module is easy to punch down. Built solidly, labels are clear and sharp. Fits quite well into keystone trim plates of other manufacturers!

Great jacks, I love the 45 degree angled contacts
I've only used a few of these, for wiring a couple of new cable runs in the house my son moved into recently, and they worked great, first time for every connection. I did make sure I had the right punchdown tool to use with them (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/) but I don't know if that's essential. It did make terminating the cables very easy though.I particularly liked the 45-degree angle of the IDC contacts on them, that made it much easier to lay out the wires. - The wire-color labels were also a nice touch. All in all, they made the wiring an (almost) pleasant experience.

Good stuff
This was the easiest to use keystone jack I've ever dealt with. In the future I will be using these wherever I can.

Easy to use!
Worked out great!Fairly easy to put the Cat 6 cable together, thanks to the handy cable clip at the back end of the plug.I bought a stand dual ethernet cover from the local Lowes, and this plug snapped right in without a problem.Highly recommend this item.P.S. Don't forget to buy a punch down tool!

So much easier
After buying some others that are at a 90 degree, these 45 degree devices are so much easier to use.
