I was skeptical after reading a few mixed review but this filter cover fit my HD01 perfectly!

This doesn't fit on the dyson air wrap. It also isn't made the same, as it just has holes and no fine mesh to trap the lint. I don't believe this will perform like the OEM

Yes! This is exactly what I was looking for! My boyfriend was sweet and helped me pack some of my extrs items, including my Dyson, in a box to ship for my cross-country move. While I appreciated the help, I was not very happy to see that there was no packing material around my hair dryer and this little piece was destroyed (and luckily, that was all)! This replacement had worked wonderfully! It was so easy to install! It has a magnetic clasp that snaps into place and, just like the original, you twist to lock it into place. I've used the dryer multiple times since installing thr new cover and I have zero complaints. If I didnt know better, I would have never guessed this isn't an OEM part!
