Worth the money!
I have zero complaints, grinds nicely and is very easy to use. Compact and fairly quite as far as grinders go, and has more features than many grinders do at this price!

Nice, cheap, functional but messy
Great coffee grinder but messy. We have used this for past 4 months and we are constantly having to clean up coffee grinds… something to do with the plastic basin and static. It works extremely well though, with grinds evenly spread based on whatever course or fine setting you want. Not too loud. Would have given it 5 stars if not for all the mess.

GREAT Customer Service
I had this product for over a year. During that time it worked great! It fit perfectly on my counter, great little grinder. Then it started acting up. I contacted the manufacturer to see if they could help me troubleshoot fixing it. They responded in hours and sent me a new one by the next day. Above and beyond for such an older used item. I just grinded my first batch of coffee and couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!

Perfect grinder for a consistent grind
Really enjoying this coffee grinder. Purchased because we enjoy espresso, but make it in a drip pot so needed a coarse grind. This grinder consistently grinds from fine to coarse, in 12 cup quantities, with no issues. Would highly recommend. Why did you pick this product vs others?:Yes, I have used other cheaper grinders that lacked a consistent grind on the beans and only allowed small batches at a time. Grind quality:ExcellentEase of use:As easy as turning on a blender

Didn't even last a year
Worked great for about 10 months but the grinder burned out and quit moving/grinding. Edit: cleaned it out and let it sit and it worked again.

Meh. Works okay but issues.
I am keeping it due to price point and it works well enough. Not too noisy for a grinder but no way to call it quiet. The top will vibrate and spin off if you don’t hold it down. Mine will pretty much try to grind whatever you put in it regardless of setting. Easy to fix by just putting in only what you want. Only slight difference in fine versus coarse grind settings but works for my purposes. Not impressed but not a total fail either. Got it on a flash sale and will keep it. Keep your expectations low and you may be good. It does generate static charge and it can be interesting getting all the coffee out of the hopper. I wanted a more consistent grind than a bowl grinder and it does that. So calling it a win overall.

Good grinder, could be better.
Good grinder, I appreciate the ability to control the coarseness of the grind, and the amount of coffee to grind. However, there is an engineering concern. The grinder should not be able to operate if the receiving tray is not properly in place. There is a detent to ensure that the receiving tray remains in place during the grinding. Shouldn't that detent be used to allow the grinder to understand that the receiving tray is not in position. I'm certainly not the only person who has woken up at 5 AM, turns on the grinder, only to start wondering why ground coffee is starting to fly everywhere. Yes, my fault for being human, however, this seems like an easy fix.
