Thank god!
I went to replace my shower head and the previous owners put the arm facing up towards the ceiling! Lowes and home depot surprisingly had nothing in stock. I picked this because I could pick the perfect angle for my new shower head. Does the job, easy to install and no leaks!

Pivots Smoothly
This is perfect for those shower heads that you want facing straight down instead of an angle. If you have those shower arms that are only at a 45 degree, this will allow your shower head from facing in the correct direction to be like rainwater. It's made very well with quality materials. There's an adjustment knob on the side that you can easily change the angle. It's smooth in operation and tightens very well to lock it in place. It comes with gaskets that you know would give you a complete seal. The finish is flawless with no blemishes. If your shower head is very large, I would highly recommend getting an arm extension that would allow the shower head being directly above you. And by using this flex elbow, then you can attain that direct rain shower effect. It's well worth it if you've been wanting to use a better shower head and this helps in the modification of your current system. Well worth the price indeed.

Sent a used item what was damaged
The item is used and the paint was scrapped off where they used a wrench to install it previously.
