This tea has a nice aroma and helps with relaxation at bed time. It is pricey but works well so it is worth the cost to help with sleep. The tea isn’t too strong is very blendable.

This product did not work for me. Hope y’all have better luck!

Sleep! If wake up around 2-3 am I use my cuisinart coffee maker for instant hot water to make my sleepy tea and it knocks me out within a half hour

I have recently discovered this tea. I enjoy it as a sleep friend and helper. I am so happy to find it on amazon. I also enjoy relaxing in the evening enjoying a good cup of tea.

I really bought this for my wife who uses lots of different tea types to address physiological aspects of her current state that she finds unsatisfactory at any given time. This is in fact a good relaxing tea with a lot of good calming and relaxing ingredients. It has sort of a resinous flavor that I am not to fond of, but it isn't really unpleasant. The teabags are pretty cool. They are made of some kind of nylon-like material in a pyramid shape that allows good penetration into the tea for good brewing.

These teabags are good mild flavor and provide an end of the day kind of drink. Helps to have a warm calming tea before bed for me.
