I've tried EVERY variation of Blue Magic grease, because after suffering midlife, hereditary , hair loss, I wanted to go back to the basics of just grease and pure water . After ALL of the variations, I love the hair food the most. It smells like the regular 'blue' blue magic, but the consistency is more lavish and I CAN DEFINITELY see my edges growing back so far. I have 3c , thin, curly, thinning hair. If this helps for you- go for it. IT's worth it to me.
