After 2 months daily use review…
My 15 yr old female Australian Shepherd started having nighttime and sometimes day pee piddles and STEP 1 I had to buy pee pads. While she also has a bad habit of licking (sometimes obsessive compulsively) I also thought that might be some cause of her bladder leakage. STEP 2 I purchased these supplements. I was not interested in using any prescription medicine and I was getting very tired of washing pee pads daily. While they say per weight of which I would have needed 2 tablets twice daily, I started with just 1 twice daily with her morning and evening meal, mainly to see if she had any stomach upset. While I didn’t see anything noticeable for the first week, by the second, I noticed a slight reduction in accidents, even if just one in a week. Thought maybe just coincidence. I continued using. I also have been adding diapers at night and only have had one time where it was slightly peed in. It is now 2 months of use, and my washing of pee pads is mainly just to refresh them. Diaper use at night, while used if I feel she is going to go too long from sleep onset to morning, have been mainly dry. Just a dribble. There have been no daily or nighttime pees on the pee pads. I have seen LESS licking of her privates as well. The only thing I also added to the mix was to up the time I let her out maybe by one hour during the day and then trying also to go an hour later before bed. With these results, I will continue to use. I have NOT increased the dose to the 2 tablets each serving and will continue with just 2 total per day. (One morning meal, one evening meal) I can’t see these changes being just a fluke. I read all the ingredients and what they claim to do for a dog. For me, for now, it’s working! Happy dog mom, indeed.

Good product!
This seems to be working for my 13 year old dog. He was having incontinence issues. He had been taking this about a month now, giving it to him 2x a day, and it seems to have stopped his incontinence! Good product! He loves the flavor and eats these like they are dog candy! :)

Works for our 15 year old dog
I have been giving these to my 15 year old dog for a couple months now. She got to where at night she would be incontinent, and it was quite a bit. After a week or so, the episodes got less, and then about 2 weeks into taking them, it stopped completely! I did go about 4 days without giving it to her (I forgot to get more), and she started to have small incontinent episodes again... Then about a week after starting again, no more incontinence! So this works wonders for our dog! I will say she is a VERY difficult dog to get to take medicine, and I do have to wrap it in a piece of ham to hide it. But again, this is with ANY medicine I have ever given her.

Final update
FINAL UPDATE. I never heard from Amazon. However, the company, Nutri-Vet, provided amazing customer service. As noted below in my original post, they received my complaint. The woman who answered the phone actually took care of everything, I never was getting rerouted to different people and having to leave voicemails. They ended up without any further contact from me, giving me a complete refund for the shorted bottle. Along with the assurance that there would be thorough follow up on their part to prevent a recurrence. I get this every 3 weeks and I've had no problem since. UPDATE. AMAZON, PLEASE RESPOND. I've been using this product for a few years now. It recently came to my attention that two of my bottles were significantly short in number of tabs. Each bottle should contain 90 tabs, as labeled. One bottle had only 46 tabs in it (and that is the bottle that I recognized as being so light that I questioned the contents) and the other bottle had 72 tabs. I contacted the company and was directed to seek reimbursement through Amazon, while the company would immediately start an inquiry to identify + resolve any issues on their end. For the time being, I will routinely weigh each bottle I receive. I spend too much money on this product to be shorted. (Full wt is 6.9-7 oz) My dog developed post spay incontinency. This product is very effective in controlling the leakage of urine, to the point where there is no leakage of urine at all, when dosed correctly. Unwittingly I was initially shorting my dog by one tab every morning and night, giving her 3 tabs twice daily. The directions state one tab for every 25 lb of body weight. My dog was 80 lb. So I dosed her at three tabs for a 75 lb weight rather than four tabs for 100 lb weight. At three tabs she was having urine leakage if she didn't receive her supplement at exactly the right hour. BUT once I increased to four tabs, she has absolutely no leakage of urine at all. My dog loves the flavor of these tablets, judging by the speed she gobbles them down. Luv the effectiveness of this supplement. Highly recommend for your dog with urinary incontinence issues.

Didn't Work For Us/Diarrhea?
This product did nothing whatsoever for our dog. I wanted to give it awhile, and even purchased a second bottle while it was on sale, just in case it was effective. 100% regret that now, as I fell victim to the "it's on sale scam," and am out almost $40, since it's not refundable. Anyhow, not only did it not work, but I am highly suspicious this is what is giving out dog diarrhea. Since it didn't seem to work, I stopped using it, and then later on, used it again thinking it couldn't hurt since I had already paid the money. However, once we started it again, it seems that is when she started having loose stools again. I then made the connection, since she had loose stools prior when she was on it the first time. The only thing positive we noticed, is she seemed to like it. There were no issues getting her to eat it, and she is a VERY picky dog.

Works for sure
Our baby is on a prescription from the vet for incontinence. She has to have it daily as she can't hold her bladder. Her prescription was on backorder so we purchased these. She hasn't had one accident. That says a lot. We will continue to purchase.

These were starting to work on my elderly dog and I wished I had started them sooner, when she first began wetting her bed. Unfortunately she passed away but I’d recommend these, just start as soon as you notice the incontinence so you can give them time to work.

Once I started giving this to my older dog, she’s had no issues since.

This worked well for my spayed 24 lb female dog. Needed to increase the dose to two tablets a day for full effect.
