I have only owned the tv for a short time now and am still working on getting the picture dialed in to where I like it. I ordered this and the seller was PC Richards. No one but Amazon had it in stock just before Christmas. I set it up and was disappointed to see a slightly dark spot the size of a grapefruit in the upper middle of the screen. It only showed on a light screen but it was there. I reported the defect through Amazon and the order was picked up and my money fully refunded no questions asked. The delivery guys even showed up with a screw gun to disassemble the tv for return (I had already placed it back in the original box. That is outstanding service. I ordered a replacement through Amazon but this time the seller was Samsung. It arrived timely and with no apparent defects. I think this is a very nice tv set, I have the Q80d in 55". The screen is very bright with great color deep blacks etc. I still need to dial in the picture to where I want it but I will get there. The sound is pretty good for two tv speakers, but I ordered a Samsung soundbar after a week. Not required but i like fuller sound when watching movies. The "smart" aspect of the tv work quite well and the apps load and run smoothly, even on wifi. I was worried I would not like the remote after reading some of the reviews but it is quite user friendly in my opinion. It is small and could be easily lost so will have to be careful. Very happy with this purchase. The new one arrived quickly and I had it set up in less than 10

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Our old Samsung started to die - some minor spots on the screen - it was 18 years old. We really liked the size of the 50" screen in our room. The updated features of this TV are wonderful. This screen looked the best for the type of shows we watch. Ease of setup: This was truly a plug and play. Size: 50" fit our space Picture quality: GREAT Sound quality: TV sounds are exception, we also have a digital sound bar to enhance movie sounds. Color quality: Color adapts to type of video we are watching. Value for money: Great price

Worst tv I've ever owned. The audio constantly cuts out and becomes muffled, it sounds like it's underwater. The fix is I have to unplug the TV for 10 seconds then plug it back in. I have to do it a couple times a day sometimes, a couple times a week at best. I've disabled everything smart or auto detecting but every time I plug in my ps5 it switches to game mode and turns the brightness to max and increases the contrast to max and makes everything look horrible. Let me choose my display settings, I don't need the TV to try to determine what I should see. I'll never buy a Samsung tv ever again. I don't have a lot of money and this was a big purchase for me, I'm so disappointed.

First of all the delivery men were amazing and we hit it off so soon we didn’t get each others name lol but they were super nice guys! We spoke about gaming on GTAV and looking forward to part VI! They unboxed and helped me with everything and the product is exceptional! I went with Samsung again because the KS9000 I got in 2017 is still going but the colors and leds were fading but from my experience with the 9K and the Samsung soundbar I still use; their products are great so I bought the Q80D QLED tv and it’s amazing! The image is so bright, colorful, vivid and smooth that I can say it’s the best tv I’ve owned! I game on PS5 as well and everything from Atomfall, House of ashes to The Last of Us remaster of Part II look and play amazingly!!!

This gives us a great picture, but sometimes the sound includes some unwanted crackles that are annoying.

I purchased this 65" Samsung QLED to replace my Sony 55" LED television just because I wanted to upgrade, and it was a great price. I love this television! The color and clarity are unbelievable. I like watching football and it is so clear you can actually see the scratches and sweat on the players helmets. Samsung is a quality product that was made in Mexico, not China. I loved the way in was no hassle packaged and well protected for shipping. I received it in two days. All I had to do is cut the two band straps and the whole heavy-duty cardboard box lifts straight up and off leaving the TV standing straight up in a cardboard Styrofoam base. The instructions to mount the base are a little to be desired, I had to YouTube it. I also have a Samsung 36" LED I use every day for the past 6 years on top of my refrigerator in my kitchen. Absolutely recommend this TV.

Overall I like the TV and it is definitely a step up from the cheaper line. The picture quality is a big plus and the TV turns on quickly allowing you to navigate without much delay. I like the simplistic remote but it would not be practical without the voice control. However, the remote could be much better. First it is very small and gets lost easily – especially in the bed. When grabbing it in the dark it’s very difficult to feel its orientation in your hand. Yeah, the TV will tell you if you’re holding it incorrectly but why have all that tech & related clicks. Just give it a tactile shape that confirms you grabbed it properly – much easier. Now that you got it in your hand correctly again the lack of tactile clues required you to look or feel around to find the button you want except for the volume & channel buttons that do standout. I do like the Bluetooth operation so no need to have line of sight to the TV. No problems with shipping.
