Works great even when the power goes out

Really nice. Just easily makes angel-hair like cabbage. I tried a cheap cheese-grater and chopping by hand before this, but cabbages are so tough that those other methods were too hard. And I eat a lot of cabbage, so this is nice to prep all my veggies at once and be done for a few days. Great on tomatoes, cukes, and onions as well. Smaller cabbages will fit if you only halve them, but larger ones still require quartering.

I liked the thin cuts and easy thickness adjustment. This light commercial cutter will easily process handfuls of food in minutes. If you are making small buckets' worth of sliced vegetables, this machine is for you. It does work, although the feed plate sometimes gets stuck in the chute. HOWEVER Most home cooks, in my opinion, will be better served by getting one of those rotary meat slicers instead. Rotary meat slicers can slice meat, vegetables and bread. Rotary slicers are not limited by a tiny, spring-fed chute. I am buying a rotary meat slicer because it will use up less room, cut more types of food, and be easier to clean (much easier). It will be a little slower to use, but a bit safer overall.

i grow potatoes in my garden for the first time. after i bought my slicer i been making home fries, scalp potatoes, chips, everything. i could probably cut firewood. all stainless steel, no rust and very sharp.... believe me i know tools, have my own shop and only buy top quality tools. now i am hunger....... later......

Product doesn't cut in very appropriate thicknesses, seems to have a thickness range from potato chips to a thickness of a McDonald's french fry. Cubing vegetables is frustrating, you have to run them through multiple times, and usually get a random assortment of sizes, due to the way the larger slices just slip between back into the bowl below. Functional, but a huge disappointment.

El area Donde pones la fruta es muy Chica, es para fruta chikita. Y el resorte de tension no tiene suficiente fuerza para empujar la fruta y se tiene que hacer a mano. Pero apart de eso , rebana muy bien.

Der VEVOR elektrische Gemüsehobel ist sehr stabil verarbeitet und schneidet Gemüse wie Kartoffeln, Tomaten oder Äpfel gleichmäßig. Die einstellbare Schnittdicke von 0–12 mm ist praktisch und einfach zu bedienen. Edelstahl macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck und die Reinigung geht gut. Für Küche oder kleinere gewerbliche Nutzung sehr gut geeignet.

No sirve para nada, no pierdan su dinero y si lo quieres devolver tienes que llevarlo a correos, no dan opción de recogida todo complicaciones. Y el producto no cumple su función

Super Gemüse Schneider. Ausbau des Messers zur Reinigung benötigt einen Schraubenzieher und ist etwas kleinteilig. Eine passende Flügelmutter mit fester Schraube, war im Sortiment von OBI Baumarkt nicht erhältlich, um den Schraubenzieher zu abzulösen. (Diese Schraube fixiert den Sicherungsschieber, welcher das Drehmesser hindert heraus zu rutschen. Die ist unverzichtbar und muss zum Messer Ausbau herausgedreht werden.) Gemüse das angetrocknet ist und in Millimeter dicke geschnitten, klebt enorm fest, und geht nur über einweichen zu lösen (das liegt am Gemüse, nicht am Gerät.) Der Schieber, welcher das Gemüse Richtung Messer drückt, bleibt leider immer wieder an zwei Schrauben Köpfen hängen und muss dann einmal gelöst werden. Ersatzmesser und eine Ersatzfeder für den Schieber, sowie eine Handkurbel liegen dabei. Schneidet Obst und Gemüse wunderbar. Für Äpfel, Kohl, Möhren, Gurken nutze ich es am meisten. Käse und weiche Wurst sollten auch klappen, habe ich aber bisher nicht richtig ausprobiert. Gouda Käse schmiert alles voll und erfordert grössere Reinigung um das Fett los zu werden, da gibt es bessere Möglichkeiten für. Harte Salami bin ich nicht sicher ob die Messer da mitmachen. Würde es wiederkaufen. Besonders für Kohl ist es Super. Habe das Gerät inzwischen bei 2 Döner Läden entdeckt, die ihr Gemüse damit schneiden. Verbesserung wäre wenn das Messer ohne Werkzeug ausgebaut werden könnte.
