Super delicious mix but way overpriced.

Delicious, Clean Ingredients & So Easy to Make
I bought this pancake mix because I'm trying to make healthier choices without giving up foods I enjoy, and it definitely met my expectations. My New Favorite Pancake Mix
I absolutely love this pancake mix. It tastes great, has a nice texture, and is incredibly versatile. And as a celiac girlie, I love finding something gluten free that is easy to use, tastes great, makes fluffy pancakes, and is a great value for the money. I've used it for regular pancakes as well as baked pancake bowls with fruit and other add-ins, and everything has turned out delicious. I especially like having a protein pancake mix that doesn't feel like I'm sacrificing flavor or texture. It's also easy to customize with cinnamon, fruit, vanilla, or whatever I'm in the mood for. This has quickly become a pantry staple for me, and I'll definitely be buying it again.

Great tasting pancakes that don’t weigh you down after eating.
Great option if you want to avoid wheat flour. Tasty pancakes that don’t weigh you down. We like these better than “regular” pancakes.

Like that this product won’t spike blood sugar.
Good but not vegetarian or vegan. I won’t buy again because of that. I did know this when I bought but since have been placed on a vegan diet. Found out eggs and dairy are particularly bad for many people including me. But they have the other kind where I can add a flax egg and plant milk. Works just as well and fits my new diet.
