I notice a positive improvement

So, you’ve probably heard that mushrooms aren’t just good on pizza .... they might actually do some good for your body too. And I’m here to agree! Since I started taking this supplement, within just two weeks, everything feels a bit brighter and lighter—like my body’s finally getting its act together. It’s a slow, subtle process, but the improvements are increasingly noticeable I can imagine it’ll be even more transformative for folks who don’t usually feel ‘good’—like myself, a 40-year-old with Lupus for the past 20 years. Great Value, High Immune Support, Helps Mood
Great value and since I've been taking functional mushrooms (it’s April; i started in November)— have not gotten sick once! I definitely attribute that to these!!!!! Originally took them for energy honestly didn’t care much about immunity but after going thru a whole “flu and cold season” in NY, being around tons of people, I highly recommend these for that. Also I noticed my patience w my dog on walks (like when he stops to sniff for the 19377392th time and we still have 10 miles to go) has gotten better too! I noticed that change fairly immediately with these.

Great supplement for a clear mind and energy
I took theses mushrooms capsules when I was very depressed and had very low energy. I highly recommend of you need a boost of energy and clear mind I have had no side effects. They are worth the buy and last for awhile for such a great price
