I ordered a set of 4 Revo Therapy Cups and I’ve been really happy with my purchase. I used one across my back and shoulders, and it noticeably helped loosen a lot of the tightness I was dealing with. It felt effective and easy to use. I do think it is important to review the instructions, you don't want to put the cups in specific places- over major arteries or directly over your vertebrae. I did run into an issue with 1 of the 4 cups not maintaining suction. I reached out to the customer service email and was impressed with how quickly they responded. They provided clear troubleshooting steps, along with guidance on what to do if the issue continued. The troubleshooting worked, and the cup is now functioning properly. The tube was not closed tightly. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the product and the customer service. The customer service team made sure product was functioning properly before they ended their communications with me.

This thing is my new savior. The instructions are easy to navigate, there is 2 different modes which is really nice for different needs. The battery lasts forever and you can choose how much heat, suction, and suction release you'd like. it really gives you options on how you want it to work and I really appreciate that. The mode 2 attachment is easy to navigate and makes it turn into glide mode which is great. I also love the way I dont have to charge it after every use. The different Modes help you decide how much power you want from the device onto your skin and can be used for so many purposes. There's really no sound from the device and it is made of good materials, Im not worried if I drop it, it'll break, Its very durable and I love the results.

It’s only been a few days but believe it or not I feel the pain relief! The battery life is great, and appearance of the devise looks so sleek. I was so iffy to purchase it, but oh man I am glad I did. I would definitely recommend to start on a low level compression and heat at first and work your way up.

It work extremely well just don’t wanna use it everyday maybe every 3 days I was impressed for real had some shoulder issues lately but this little machine has made the pain a lot better would recommend 10/10

Hard to do areas like your neck, even the small attachment loses suction, everywhere else great. I haven’t done phase 2 and I didn’t buy the gel but I can see why you would want to. I wish it was constant suction not pulsed. Easy to replace filter and rinse off attachments. When you do it to yourself a remote would be handy because you go based on feel. Heat is great. Battery life is good so far. It’s helped me a lot between my massages

This device is amazing. I go and get Molly massages and I normally pay to get cupping done there but now this is gonna save me so much money cause I can do it anywhere and whenever needed. It has a bunch of different modes that you can choose and how tightly you’d like it. Definitely recommend if you’re in the gym or have back related issues

Too strong

Delivery was poor. Took over 3 weeks to arrive. Maybe that was unlucky.... When I opened it, didn’t turn on. Plugged it in, works ok. Won’t charge, tried several cables. Feels very light compared to similar products I've since bought, most likely no battery in it. Will only work when plugged in which is the same problem other people seem to be having. Will return or put in the bin.

this is not the device as in the description. the display does not display any digits. it is without a brand. I see in other companies and the display works well, I do not have it.
