The Kenmore Home Humidifier (with the two portable/refillable water tanks) makes filling the humidifier so much easier than the days of buckets and sloshing through the house. However, the constant in-and-out of the water tanks does tend to break-down the plastic on these bottom values and Sears does not carry the replacement valves. These valves are crucial for good water flow. The product offered through desertcart is a perfect fit and is a bit stronger that the EOM. A great replacement! Review: I was happy that this valve cap fit my Kenmore Console Humidifier bottle. I was however greatly disappointed that only one cap showed up, rather than the 2 pack I ordered. However, when I let desertcart know the mistake, they credited me half of my purchase price. Now, I’ll wait to see when they go on sale before I order them again. ## Features - Adjustable Humidity Control ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00AUNNAVS | | Brand | Essick Air | | Colour | White/Silver | | Customer Reviews | 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars (671) | | Date First Available | 8 July 2013 | | Item Weight | 27.2 g | | Model Number | 509229-1 | | Package Dimensions | 7.59 x 4.9 x 2.9 cm; 27.22 g | | Special Features | Adjustable Humidity Control | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Essick Air - **Colour:** White/Silver - **Item weight:** 0.06 Pounds - **Operation mode:** Manual - **Special feature:** Adjustable Humidity Control ## Images ![PartsBlast (2) 509229-1 Humidifier Valve Caps for Emerson Moistair - Tank Cap - 2 Caps - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/21yyicAD7dL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Has anyone found the replacement lids for the fill port? i don't see them here one amazon.** A: I got the valve cap thru Amazon, but they had both on the sears site. **Q: Will thesr fit a holmes hm1300 model?** A: I don't know but probably not. The cap does not fit my HM 2200. BUT, the rubber gasket might. I bought this, took the rubber gasket seal off and put it on my cap. Works perfectly. Bummer you cannot go to the hardware store and in the rubber gasket area find these loose. But if your cap is broken, you probably need to go to holmes. **Q: will these fit holmes humidifier model hm3640?** A: I have no idea. I only bought it for the rubber gasket on my Holmes unit. I threw the plastic away. **Q: Would this fit my Holmes HM410 humidifier?** A: I would not know. Hard to say. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by D***Y on 24 July 2013* For those who own the Sear Kenmore (and like-branded) home humidifiers for the winter months, these replacement values are perfect.
