this item was used for weaning our new kitten into our 2 adult cats lives. the playpens apperance is easy on the eyes and doesnt seem like a eyesore. this item was incredibly spacious and easy to move around. the playpen seems to be intended for outdoors use, but since we have inside cats, we placed the playpen in the cat room. the kitten was placed inside the playpen when we were away at work or running errands and she was not able to scratch through it or make any holes. it is very durable since our kitten tried to get out the first day or two and no sign of wear or tear. since we were leaving the kitten with food, water, and litter, we had to make sure the playpen was easy to clean. due to the material, the water that spilled did not seaep through and the litter was contained as best as the non-mesh areas could. there was minimal mess outside the playpen as well. I would recommend at memorizing how the playpen was folded in the package so that its easier to store it back into its carrier. overall, it is a versatile item that I will most likely take if I want to take my cats our camping since we are no longer needing it to wean our kitten into our family.

I was a bit worried about this because sometimes my visual spatial skills aren’t the best. But this was absolutely perfect to transport two kittens. They had room for a regular size litter box and they had room for food, water, and beds in the other compartment. And they weren’t tiny kittens. They were older, so I think this would be appropriate if someone needed to transport an adult cat. I have an SUV so just put the backseats flat. And if it just fine. The only thing I wish is that the panels were transparent because I couldn’t easily look back at them from the front seat, but it was just because of how one of the panels was placed and it was opaque, but that wasn’t a huge deal. Also would be great for intended use of being used outside for a play area. Ours played in it with the tunnel, chasing each other even inside.

Small size claims to be big enough for two cats even shows a litterbox inside, it is not even large enough for my 8 week old kitten. Even a small Litterbox will take up the largest compartment, food and water will barely fit on the other no room for bedding or anything. I purchased because the reviews said it was perfect for kitten "habitat" they must be talking about the large size. I'm sending back and ordered the large. Will write a new review for the large when it comes. But I don't recommend the small for any cat or dog or kitten or puppy or any animal really not even a guinea pig because my kitten is probably smaller than most guinea pigs and it was too small for him. This thing is truly tiny. This thing DOES NOT FOLD BACK UP IN THE BAG!! SMALL OR LARGE SIZE!! It's nearly IMPOSSIBLE so IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING PORTABLE THIS IS NOT IT!! You will be wrestling with it until you are blue in the face using all 4 limbs holding down pieces trying to force the sides of the bag together so you can zip it closed. Ive tried with both sizes and can confirm NEITHER SIZE folds back. Infact when I opened it, it was packed so tightly that as soon as I unzipped it the thing sprang free right and popped open in my face with so much force it bruised my nose!! So beware!! Hold away from you when opening!! And don't expect to be able to pack it back up without a huge struggle. REVIEW ON LARGE: the large size is perfect for a kitten habitat to keep a new kitten in at night or while you are out while it's getting used to the house, i would say it's large enough for a large cat or maybe a small dog/puppy as well! It fits litter box, food, water, bed, and toys! My son even crawled inside of it and it was big enough for him! The large is only a couple bucks more than the small so if you are looking to get one don't make my mistake ordering the small, ORDER THE LARGE If you are looking to get one.

I have 2 10 week old kittens who love this playpen, they run in and out of it. It is home and their safe place. Yesterday the zipper broke, the ends has been attached on one end but not the other and the slide slipped right off. Many have reported this. and we fixed this, WORK THE SLIDE BACK ON THEN CLOSE THE UNATTACHED END WITH A PIN. Problem solved. Now it rates six stars!

I got the medium for my 2 12-week old kittens. With a small litter box, food, water, and small blanket, there isn't much room left for running around also there should be a way to stake it to the ground, it has blown over twice now. And there needs to be a way to lock the zippers in place they have detached the tunnel twice now and have torn through the netting.

Bought this to introduce our new kitten to our older cat. Worked perfectly. They could see each other but not touch. The kitten loves playing in it after I unzipped one side of the exterior tunnel. Will donate it to SPCA foster families. Light weight and portable. Easy to open and set up. Directions need some clarification. Foldability is a pain as it always is after you open it.

Bigger than expected (which is a good thing!) but still foldable and easy to set up and store. Very secure for even the craziest kitty. She loves it so much!

had a little problem trying to connect the zipper tunnel to the main playpen but eventually figured it out. unsure if i’ll be able to fold it back into the bag 😅 a few loose threads. i have a mesh octagonal playpen as well. this playpen seems like a nice way to provide different play areas/variety for a kitten. fits my 2.5 month kitten. he seems to be enjoying the tunnel.

Excellent product can highly recommend, Got this for my kitten just for overnight, have set one area as a betting area and the further section that's under cover is set as the potty area, great for kittie over night, lots of room I got the XL & love it & great price, Next day delivery.
