Comfort Posture Corrector and Back Support Brace / 100%-Cotton Liner Small Grey

I have been struggling with back pain for over two years; I have gone to the doctor, I have done physical therapy and taken up yoga to try and help the pain - nothing worked. I am now doing Crossfit and the strength training is really starting to help, but not enough to offset back pain throughout the day.I still have ended up crying some nights it's so bad, and my fiance has been helpful to give me back-rubs at night when the pain is at its worst. I went back to the doctor and she recommended a posture correcting brace (not to live in, but to help strengthen my back muscles to improve posture and reduce pain).I was skeptical and I really think my fiance is worried, but ever since I got this brace and put it on, I have instantly noted reduced pain in the thorasic curve of my back (where pain resides almost all the time) and because of the posture support, my spine is feeling some relief where I am otherwise normally leaning forward and collapsing my shoulders inward.This brace feels tight and uncomfortable when I am wearing it and if I wear it with a tank-top it can chafe my armpits a bit, but I can tell it is helping.I can only wear for about two (2) hours at a time and then I need a break; so I am doing 2 hours every night and finding the relief is already great for my sleep and general attitude throughout the day. I love this thing even though it is uncomfortable and causing me pain (doing the opposite to my back muscles and spine then what I put it through in a given day). You don't realize how bad your posture is until you put this thing on - it corrects and lifts (hello my boobs!) and makes you more confident (head up!).Long story short - this is helping reduce my pain and is very robust - I'm glad I chose a stronger brace that covers more of my back to force good posture while I am wearing it - there is not fighting this, once it is on - you have good posture!

Kind of pricey, so I can't give it five stars. I only recommend items to friends that I feel are fairly priced. Reasonable price is important to me when I'm deciding if I like something vs. love it. I needed it, so I paid $55 for it & it is as advertised. It fit as expected and does what it's supposed to do. I find it possible to put on, but not easy - that would be due to a back issue in the shoulder blade area that I've been struggling with, rather than the design of the brace. The other reviewers have covered this item very well, so I don't have much to add - just a suggestion based on personal experience. Follow the directions that say to wear for very short periods of time to start with and to adjust the snugness over time as well. I put it on & felt comfortable, so I snugged it up and wore it for an entire 20 minutes. Much later that day, I noticed soreness - like the feeling of working out to hard or using muscles you didn't know you had. I was uncomfortable for a couple of days. When I tried again, I built up my time and snugness over time & had no soreness. So, my advice is to take it easy and not try to rush things like I did. It took a while to get your back, posture, etc. messed up - It will take a while to correct it :-) Well designed product. Happy with purchase.

I really wanted to like this support. I am a women's size 10 and the large brace fit me just fine. My partner is a thin 6' 2" guy with a 36" waist. The large was really too tight for him. The straps of this support cut under the arms, and the padding covering the shoulder straps moves around, and one keeps falling off the strap. It is very difficult to put back on the strap as the velcro binds. This item is complex to put on. This is a well made item, and it does support quite well. I returned the item as I could tell this would not be worn much due to the hassle to put on.

While it did take a little doing to get it on, this posture corrector is worth it. I had bought a previous design that was not as comprehensive as this one, and it kept riding up my back. In short, it did not work, and this one does.I am 60 years old. About 20 years ago, I compressed some discs in my neck. The injury has never really bothered me until the pandemic. I have a daughter in Nashville and a son in Ohio, and I live in Houston. Because of covid, I drove the distance rather than fly to see them and their families. With each trip, I got stiffer and stiffer. I couldn't work the kinks out of my muscles, and at my injury site, my posture suffered.When I bought my first posture corrector, it did not work. The straps dug into my shoulders and pinched my underarms. It did not have a wide band across my abdomen like this one, so it kept creeping up toward my neck. I was constantly having to adjust it. It was torture to wear it for the recommended time. Worst of all, I didn't see any results.This design distributes the work of the posture corrector across your core, so it does not tire like the other models. It includes long, padded straps that cover the pressure points at your shoulder and underarms. The wide banding across your upper abdomen secures the unit in place. The stays in the back are sturdy, but they gently support your back.Regarding how you put it on.... Well, it was not intuitive for me, but then I am dyslexic. So maybe that is just my experience.That being said, I would recommend it to everyone with a posture issue. I have worn it for at least 2-6 hours for the last 5 days, and even when I remove it, my posture is better. My back does not hurt, so I do not get tired during the day. I can stretch out for a good night's rest, too.

Ce correcteur de posture me soulage quand mes douleurs dorsales sont importantes, il me permet aussi de me tenir droite, ce qui n'est pas négligeable. Difficile cependant de le garder trop longtemps en raison des tensions au niveau des épaules. A titre indicatif, la taille XL correspond à un 44 femme.

Es para un rato, se nota debajo de la ropa. No se puede usar si conducir , ya que se hace incómodo. Con lo cual te limita a usarlo en casa

Man benötigt keine Bedienungsanleitung weil sich dieses Teil mit der Produktabbildung von selbst erklärt. Im Rückenteil sind zwei Stäbe eingearbeitet, die mir einen angenehmen Halt geben, mich super stützen. Nach dem Anlegen der beiden Träger werden die Schultern nach hinten gezogen und automatisch nehme ich dadurch eine gerade Haltung ein. Empfehle ich gerne weiter.
