This is the Best on the go travel mug you can purchase, The company is fantastic! I’m a school bus driver & constantly on the road and this mug keeps my coffee hot just like his say’s for up to 4 hours!! You will not be disappointed by the mug or by the company if you have to reach out to them for anything and I say that because I had purchased one and it wasn’t keeping charge, I immediately contacted them and they were very quick with they response the same day not to mention they were very quick on sending New one with just a few short days! Great customer service. You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend

Prior to purchasing the Muggo I had an existing mug that is flawed but the big battery in its base meant it kept my coffee hot all morning. This Muggo product is superior to my existing mug in almost every way (full 12 oz capacity, big easy to read temp display, superior lid, firmware is less buggy, nice feel & less expensive) except that it does not keep my coffee sufficiently hot for more than about 15 minutes. I charged the battery up to full, put my coffee in, set it to 150 degrees and started enjoying my morning drink of choice. As time went on I noticed the temp dropping. After 20 minutes it was down to 140. At 35 minute mark it was down to 132. By 45 minutes it was down to 125 degrees. I could feel the outside bottom of the mug was warm so it was not dead, it was just not able to maintain a decent temperature. Despite the leaking, the small 7 ounce capacity, the finicky firmware and a badly designed lid, I am keeping my existing mug and returning my Muggo. I so wanted to love this thing. Why can't someone make a taller battery powered mug that can have 12 oz capacity and keep my coffee hot all morning? I would pay more for that.

I travel 45 minutes to work and by the time I get there my coffee was always cold. I also travel to see my sons (5 hour drive) and the same problem.NOW, I have hot coffee all the time.Setting the perfect temperature is easy with the display, and the battery level indicator helps on long journeys.the coating on the outside is non slip and gives you the confidence not to drop it.The pop lid is easy to use and an asset when opening on the move. It also locks in the liquid really well when closed.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. 2 cups replaced in 1 month, and neither of them worked for more than 3 days. It never accurately showed at what level it charged, it was cooling down when it said heating up. The led went crazy on the 1st cup. On the 2nd cup, it just went off and didn’t come back.For the cost, I definitely expected it to work and last. My wife is a PreK teacher and this was a gift she’s been wanting for some time. We are both extremely disappointed in the product.

Did not work great for me. Too small. Went with more expensive larger one.

Like the price point, but the execution is poor. Three times so far I thought the empty mug was off only to find it on. Once at my desk, twice in the sink. The on-off buttons have no tactile feel, so its difficult to know what is happening or where it exactly place your fingers. It pains me to say it, but my 8 year old Ember mug with the chipping paint outperforms the Muggo. FYI, this was my second Muggo. The first one looked like someone else's return. The box was open and the cord was missing. I know, I know. Fool me once shame on you. Full me twice shame on me. Happy drinking. Make it a great day!

I usually can only have half cup of hot coffee, and the remaining half is cold coffee to pour down the sink.The Muggo self-heating coffee mug is a game-changer. It works exceptionally well and keeps my coffee hot up to 3 hours. I wish I could have it earlier.I also love the lid design which can prevent spills.I will travel in two weeks. Definitely I will bring it with me!Great buy!

I have had this mug for 6 months and used it less than 5 times. This is due to the amount of time it takes to charge and the mug doesn’t hold the charge. It takes about 24 hours to charge and the mug heats less than 5 minutes. It is frustrating and a waste. I would this give zero stars.m if I could.
