Good product, blocks the sound well when you get the right amount and fit. I usually split one in half. They work for a couple nights with a little adhesion, after that probably depends on how clean you are.My disclaimer: make them smaller at your own risk, probably not recommended and I never make them smaller than 1/2 so nothing's going to go too deep into my ear canal.

I take one of these plugs and split them in two so that I use a half per ear. These are the best ear plugs I've found. Spouse snores nightly, and these give ma a much better night's sleep. Very comfortable. Sometimes a little can stick in your hair, but it's easy to remove

I have slept with ear plugs for years, and these are my favorite. I am a light sleeper and have a hard time with noise. These work great!! I buy several at a time, because I change the ones I’m wearing out every week. I have a partner who snores and for the most part these help keep the noise to a minimum.

Well worth the money to keep water out while swimming. I have tried other but keep coming back for these.
