Great multi vitamin aimed specifically at women who are trying to conceive or pregnant. Though only is this great as a pre and post natal, but all round health too! The dose is clear, and if used as suggested, at this price I find that it’s quite reasonable if not a complete steal. Information about ingredients is available on the back and everything seems to be good quality, safe and effective. So many ingredients, included the recommended amount of folic acid, plus iron and zinc. Highly recommend.

The smell is not really good as a herbs but they do the job i finished them

The 60 capsules come in a glass bottle which meets with my approval as I prefer this to plastic. It's also easier to recycle. With the recommended serving of one per day the supplement will last just under two months so personally I think that it is good value. The smell on opening the container is quite strong and could be off putting but the capsules themselves have a neutral taste. They're pretty easy to use as they're a small size and easy to swallow. They leave no aftertaste and are gentle on the digestive system. I didn't experience any nausea or discomfort. There is a great comprehensive list of ingredients which should be effective even on their own. The product contains no synthetic bulking agents or additives. It is gluten, wheat and dairy free and is vegan friendly. Although they are tailored for pre, during and post pregnancy I feel that the well rounded list of vitamins and minerals would be good for any woman looking to balance their hormones and support the health of their body. Overall I like this supplement and am happy to use it.

These prenatals smell awful!!! When I opened the bottle I got sick instantly. There is no way I can take them.

I really wanted to give a great review as the ingredients seem great and it's only one a day but the smell is horrible! It says a mild sulphur smell in the description but it's a very strong smell that reeks even outside the bottle before you open it! I started taking these even before pregnancy so my perspective is not just because of pregnancy aversion! I'm pregnant now but not nauseous so I'll keep taking it just because of the money i spent but I really won't be purchasing again until it's reformulated I'd urge the company to look into replacing whatever is causing this smell as most pregnant women won't tolerate the smell at all
