These nutrient ready Petri dishes are awesome, I was so happy to find these. I have not used them yet so I can’t attest to their efficacy. They came really well packed in a vacuum sealed plastic wrap that says it is sealed for protection against contamination. They are not too expensive especially for how difficult it is to get these outside of the science community. They seem like any other Petri dish you’d use in microbiology so I think they’ll work great! Very excited to try these out!

Very little amount of agar and petri dishes were very flimsy would not recommend

Arrived quickly and well packaged. No mold or bacteria. 2 plates had cracked lids, 1 plate was cracked on the bottom. 9/10 plates usable (I taped the outside of one lid that had a hairline crack). Came with extra bag for storage. These are not standard sized Petri dishes, they’re one size down but not the smallest sized ones either. Got this for 5th grade science project so it’ll work.

Came with condensation and growth on 2 of 10 discs

dunno if it was me or not. out of the 10 i got 5 to use half were cracked or broken, and out of 1 of the 6 i kept 1 looked contaminated so i will see on that one. don't order!

Fixed issue I was having soon

One of the agar plates was busted and completely unusable. The others were in good condition. The package was sealed well.

These were very poor quality. We ordered a total of 50 petri dishes and about a third of the dishes arrived either broken or were contaminated (mold was already growing inside the dish).
