Bad packaging
This is a great flour blend incorporating organic blend of whole wheat spelt and rye flour absolutely perfect blend for baking and it’s high quality so you really can’t go wrong great for baked goods I’m only giving two stars because the packing could have been much better it was cut open slightly as if someone cut it with a box cutter opening up a package. Other then that this is for sure a great flour blend happy baking friends.
