I've noticed some muscle growth while taking this with my workouts and less recovery time from DOMS. Gives me a boost of energy as well and love the flavor. Just ordered another container of it.

It helped me to ease the pain of working out and also it helped with sleep. The taste is great, it is not too sweat.

This is a great product with great flavor. I use the blood orange. I only gave it 4 stars because of the Acesulfame potassium they use as a sweetener, no good for the kidneys. I cycle on and off cause of this. Wish they’d switch over to stevia or something better.

Everything about this bcaa is fantastic from the Panel to the taste, however I cannot get past the fact that there is such a stubborn aftertaste. It lingers long after you brush your teeth, drink a ton of water, and very well into 24 hours after you drank it. Its not the worst aftertaste in the world but its just uncomfortable enough for me to not want to drink it. This is not the first time I've used this brand, their bcaas do exactly what they are supposed to and some flavors are hit or miss. Price point is also fantastic for what you get. This is my first time using this version of their product and I hope that they fix this aftertaste in later batches.

I have been using BCAA Xtend for years. Love the flavors and the results. If I workout and don't have my BCAAs I feel the difference. Definitely helps with recovery and soreness after long days in the gym or long miles on the treadmill. I use it as an intra-workout in combination with creatine and love it!

めちゃくちゃ飲みやすい、割るのは水多めの方が飲みやすいです。 フルーティーで美味しいです。
