I'm extremely pleased with this umbrella. Not only is the quality outstanding, but it also boasts a beautiful design. It's remarkably easy to assemble, making it a practical addition to any outdoor space. Additionally, the customer service provided by Abba Patio was excellent. I am thoroughly satisfied with both the product and the support I received.

Good value for money but don’t keep this thing up even in a light breeze or it will take off even if you have it bolted to the floor. It seeks sort of flimsy and not meant for breezes over 5mph

This has been exactly what I need in our yard. The ability to tip and turn the whole umbrella is a game-changer in the afternoon. The afternoon sun beats on us otherwise. I assembled it by myself quite easily. If you're using the separate weighted base I would suggest putting all four pieces on the umbrella base before attaching the umbrella pole.For the price, it's fabulous. And I love the red color. All my neighbors have complimented it.

Installation was easy and it works well. A lot of coverage on our deck. I love the red color.

I've had this offset patio unbrella for about three weeks. It works fine so far but with a strange crank issue. It seems sturdy enough and the price was pretty good. When you crank it down you crank counter clockwise per the instructions. But when the canopy is about three-quarters of the way down it just stops. When trying to crank it back up clockwise, it continued down. That's been consistent everytime I lower it. Strange. However the BIG thing to know is not to expect ANY customer support. I mean NONE! They simply don't answer your requests for assistance. The assembly instructions are not very clear. In fact, when i finally figuered out how to actially assemby the handle I could not see how anyone would get that from the pictures and assembly instruction. But it was not a great problem. I got through that, but I was shorted screws. Both were on the main pole. Important screws. So I stopped and waited to contact customer support. They list a phone number and an email address. Two phone calls (unreturned) and three emails (all unanswered) later I went to the hardware store to get comparable screws. Again, not a difficult issue to overcome, but it tells me something about this company. They don't care. Not even enough to acknowledge the contact. If I see this company name again I don't think I'll buy from them. If you encounter an issue, you're on your own.

I really like how this umbrella shades from the side. It has a built in clip to hold the folded umbrella to the pole when not in use, which is an added bonus.Knocked down from 5 stars to 4, though, because a vital screw was missing. Plus, I had to buy a separate base to keep it stationary when it is a bit windy.
