My skin has become very sensitive with other dressings and tapes, which often caused irritation when removing them. This dressing is gentle, painless to remove, and doesn’t irritate my skin at all.It also has a soft, moist pad that seems to support healing, so I no longer need to apply Vaseline beforehand as my doctor previously advised. The pad also acts as a protective cushion over the wound, helping to prevent pressure or friction while it heals. Unlike other dressings I was using previously, it does not stick to the wound itself, which has prevented further damage during removal. They help healing and keep the wound moist. Also are very flexible to allow continued hand movement.
