Shreds to confetti size pieces - super quiet
I purchased this paper shredder when my old Fellowes one broke down. It is remarkably quiet, and shreds into very small confetti like strips. Large container for the shreddings means I can shred a lot without having to empty. Multi feed paper facility works really well. I would highly recommend this shredder !!

Great product! Pop in a chunk of papers and this will auto feed and shred them saving time and hassle. Bin big enough that you’re not having to empty it frequently.Really impressed with this product

Don't waste your time
The media could not be loaded. These shredders don't work. The spec advertised lures you in but it doesn't live up to it. As I liked the design and hoped it was just a one off faulty product, I returned it and ordered a replacement (from same supplier). That too came with the same faults but worse as smoke came out it! (From another review this happened to someone else too)! It squeaked very loudly, made loud clunking noises even when it wasn’t being used, it jammed and was messy. Both machines sounded like they were really struggling to work and sometimes wouldn't even suck the paper through. Given the squeaking I emailed the warranty company a question about oil on 24.06.24 and they've still not replied which also doesn't provide much hope for if you needed to contact them outside of your Amazon return period. Both these machines were returned promptly but, the second one I returned, Amazon were also really unhelpful as they arranged collection but, no one came to collect it! I messaged and phoned them about it, only to constantly be told there was nothing they could do and I needed to take it to the Post Office which, given it's size, was difficult. If you do order one, expect problems and make sure you have a big enough car to return it yourself because otherwise Amazon won't refund you. All in all, a very disappointing and frustrating experience!
