Why can you only keep alcohol only three days in the flask?

Because it will loss the taste, this is only in case of an emergency you pass it around and it’s done

Is there plastic anywhere on this flask such as the cap?

I just bought 6 of them, and the cap is plastic, I was wanting them to powder coat, but dont think the cap will make it through the heating process.
