I have nothing but good things to say about the Neo G ITB Band Strap. Before my IT band injury, I was comfortably doing two half marathons a week. However, after the injury, I couldn't run more than 3K without significant pain and was off my feet completely (in terms of running) for over 4 weeks. I tried a competitor's product and managed to increase my distance to 5-8K comfortably, but it still wasn’t enough.Enter the Neo G ITB Band Strap. I have to strap it on uncomfortably tight to be effective, but the results have been nothing short of remarkable. Just one week after switching from the competitor's product (the higher rated black one on amazon which comes in about £10), I was able to run as far as 15K. This strap has truly transformed my running routine and has given me the confidence to push my limits again.The quality and support provided by the ITB Band Strap are top. Its easy to adjust, stays in place throughout my runs (if you wrench it as tight as possible). If you're dealing with IT band issues and are serious about your running, this strap was a game-changer for me. Highly recommended!I consulted with my physio about using these straps and she suggested they work for some people, not everyone. But i can confidently say did wonders for me and my road to recovery.

Good knee support. Helps combat the IT band pains. Stays in place at all times. Good velcro.

Does help with my itb issues when running but advise you do rehab exercises regularly.

Doesn't stay in place

Got this as I have been suffering with acute IT band issues & it was affecting my training for Ironman. Since wearing it (on all my runs) I have managed to increase my mileage with no side effects. Excellent addition to my training (& will use on race day)

Well it works BUT, it does start slipping when you get a bit sweaty, and presses on the kneecap. I had to tighten it up quite a bit during my marathon attempt this year and it hinders speed, but I prefer no IT pain than not finishing at all. So, Neo-G people, please make the inside of the strap grippy or non slippy so that my leg does not asphyxiate. The little nob helps with compression which some bands lack.

Worn this a few times now and it has reduced my knee pain

It could be a bit more substantial and beneficial bit of silicone on the back would be nice but worked for me rather than having a full support on so not bad
