ASICS Women's Gel-Excite 4 running Shoe

This is a real review. I am years of wearing Asics. I have noticed that in the last 2-3 years they are cutting the space of the interior of the shoe. They are not as wide, sadly. Notice the pic where I compare the Gel Noosa Tri 9 To this shoe. Shoes placed on their side. If you notice the gel 4 has a hard sew to the base of the shoe with a plastic design. The Tri 9 does not, Which allows the shoe to give more at the widest part of your foot! If the widest part of your foot is not a problem then you will have no problem with these shoes! I have a moderately wide foot and wish they had not sown that plastic all away down the side of the shoe. Color is very evident in the picture of the shoes lined up together. My shoes came pre laced and I loosened them considerably allowing more give to the widest part of my foot. The length of the shoe is exactly the same as the Tri 9. I wear an 81/2 shoe and a 9 boot but I order Asics shoes in a 10 M and length is good because I hate a cramped toe box. I have put 55 miles on these shoes and NO BLISTERS! ASICS is still my go to shoe!

Asics generally run small in size- not this pair.I purchased a women's size 8 and they fit more like a WIDE size 9.Almost every pair of running shoes I've purchased from Amazon have been returned because of the fit/inaccurate size of the shoe.I went into an Asics store today to get my feet sized just in case my feet had shrunk ( insert sarcasm) - nope, still a size 8!So, I tried on a pair of women's size 8 Asics running shoes and they fit like a glove.Hmm, did Amazon send me an authentic pair of Asics or a knock off?!

One positive, I love the color. But I noticed that the box had Asian writing on one of the corners making me wonder if I got sent an imitation knock-off. Size fitted as expected. I would NOT recommend these shoes for a stand-up / walking job. In about 3 to 4 days, I no longer felt the gel support. Upset that they failed so quickly. In less than 6 weeks the glue binding at the tip of one of the shoes came undone. They survived the 6 weeks that I needed them for, but I would have liked it if they would have lasted longer. Last year, my Saucony's lasted way longer; I still have those as an emergency back-up pair. These Asics I will probably have to throw away if I can't find a new insert to put in them.

I typically wear a 9.5 or 10. I should have just listened to the reviews, but amazon's sizing suggested I order a 9.5 so that's what I ordered. They arrived and were just a little too snug for my liking. The toe box seems narrow and I decided to return these for the next size up. The 10's were a much better fit.

All the Nike running shoes I have had gave me issues. This shoe fits my feet with so much more running support around ankle and in the arch. Wouldnt rec. These for wide feet however. They seem to be for normal to slender being that they hug the feet with cushion around the ankle and arch. Very very comfortable brand for running.

I'm a nurse and love these shoes. I have slightly wide toes, and I don't feel any numbness in these. My ankles, feet, and knees don't feel swollen at the end of the day. Love them.

These shoes are so attractive. I ordered a half size larger and they fit well. They are soft inside for comfort, sturdy outside for walking, step class, etc.

I have orthotics and was told to wear a good fitting shoe that supports my flat arches and comes up a bit higher in the back than some of the shoes we buy. I started with Ascis and have stuck with them because I know my orthotics will fit in them and that they will support my feet. Most shoes from the less expensive stores just won't work for me and I end up tossing them. I like my Asics so much I wear them until they are worn out.

I love my new Asics running shoe. I ordered an 8D wide width. They were a little narrow but after wearing them for a couple of days they are so comfortable. I love the colours and the laces.

Super comfortable. I wear them to run at the gym and they are perfect.

Je fais normalement un 39.5 et pour cette gamme de chaussure il faut absolument prendre une taille de plus donc 40.5.

Taille parfaite et j'adore cette marque 2e paire achetée sur ce site. Encore plus satisfaite que d'acheter en magasin car la taille 9,5 US y est difficile a trouver.
