I’m 70year old RNThis supplement is a life saver for memory, concentration and energy, without jitters.

Being an old guy, plus also a stroke survivor. I need all the brain help that I can get. So I decided to try these. I figure that it can’t hurt! 😉

Choline is an essential nutrient for our body, particularly for our liver and mental clarity and this is one of the few nootropics I have gotten that has 250mg of choline in their supplement!! This is expensive, but I am seeing good results so far!! Thank you!!!
