I ordered these as soon as I saw they were going to be available again, and received them super quick. When they were out of stock I was tempted to order a more expensive option, that only came with one foot, and had not So good reviews, because trying to perform glute exercises with an ankle strap or the handle attachment on the cable machine is just super awkward. I’m so so happy I waited to get the Brinx attachments. They are so well made and I fell in Love the from the first donkey kick (lol). Seriously though they are great and I was really able to focus on the mind/muscle connection instead of how uncomfortable the exercise felt or keeping the attachment on my foot. Great product and I couldn’t be happier with this purchase!!

First thing you notice when pulling these out of the box, they look robust. In fact they look exactly like a horse bridle. Instead of going around your face, they go around your foot.Unlike a horse bridle, there is no leather here. Most of the materials are either low-grade nylon or low-grade metal, but they do have some low-grade stretchy stuff in there. I managed to get these things wrestled onto my feet (felt like I was in Pulp Fiction for a moment), and even had a good work out with them.My goal was to compare them to another lighter-weight product I bought at the same time. The lightweight product from another vendor broke right away, so I was actually quite encouraged that these held together. Unfortunately the design is horrible, the stretchy part is connected to the weight, so you get a sort-of stretch action on every rep, and then it tightens around your ankle. It holds the weight, but it stresses your ankle out considerably. Next day (today) I can't really walk right. It definitely made my ankle sore and so I can't keep using it and can't recommend it for anyone else.It seems to me like they copied some other design and made a few changes, but they weren't for the better. Either way it's unusable to me.

Slightly difficult to out on. The place where you attach the device at can be a problem when doing side to side movements. It feels odd on ankles. You must make sure to have a connector like a d ring as not all cable machines have them.

These are amazing, just what I was looking for for Glute kickbacks with that support under the foot and heel. Works just like if you're foot is in a machine kickback with a platform fir your foot. Allows me to overload the weight stack and really drive that leg back and up while bent over, chest parallel to ground. Plus all the other variation kick backs and ab/addiction you can do. I have big feet so I do have to pull strap tight to get to stay in Velcro part but it's not too tight, stays on perfectly!

Works pretty well. Not great for smaller feet. I wear a ladies US size 8 and I found the straps a bit loose.

Compared to regular ankle straps, I found these foot straps are much more supportive and effective for glute kickbacks. Additionally, there are four D rings that allow you to clip in the cable to different angles on your foot, which gives you more workout options.The customer support I received on my order was fantastic. I had received a size too large, and they contacted me directly and shipped me a new pair in the size I needed at no additional cost. I would highly recommend this product.

These straps are so great, definitely the best I've tried and they are a very reasonable price! They fit snug over your shoe and stay in place. They are also thin enough to wear during your whole workout without being annoying to walk around in! They have hooks by the heel and front of the ankle so you can use them for just about any canleleg exercjse! 10/10 would recommend!
