I picked this up to add some additional UV to my bearded dragon's enclosure. The fixture is sleek and unobtrusive, and the UV output is on par with his MVB. I particularly like that you can mount the light inside the enclosure using the included brackets.A few things I don't like: It gets hot - too hot to handle comfortably. Also, the toggle switch could be better situated. It's in the middle of the cord, so I can't reach it from the top of my 50 gallon long. I have to get into the cabinet below to reach the switch as it's almost to the floor.

Bulb doesn’t last
I purchased this not even two months ago and the bulb has already burnt out. I’ve been using it 12 hours per day as typical and feel that it should have lasted more than 6 weeks.

Works great, my dragon thanks you. Fast shipping.Update:Bulb went out in 3 months. Company is not with Amazon anymore so I can't get any customer support from them. The sales pitch about the long life of their bulbs is crap..
