Mildred is on the Job every week
I named it 'Mildred'. Every Monday at 12:01am she comes alive and vacs the living room and cleans the kitchen. No muss no fuss. Been good going on two years now. I will have to get her a helper for upstairs, just stuck on the name for now. Great Product and they have an extensive line of vacuums and cleaners. I have no kids or pets so this one works for me.

Everything It Promises, Just Somehow Worse
I hate this vacuum. The truly impressive thing about the Roomba Y0140 is that it manages to do everything it advertises. It vacuums. It mops. It navigates. It returns to its charger. It does all of these things with the grim efficiency of a government program designed by committee. My favorite feature is that I have to clean my house so that it can clean my house. Before purchasing this technological marvel, I apparently misunderstood the concept of a robot vacuum. I thought I was buying a machine that would make my life easier. Instead, I have become the unpaid facilities manager for a small, incompetent autonomous vehicle. I robot-proofed my entire house so this thing wouldn't get stuck. I put bumpers around my furniture. I raised furniture with spacers so the Roomba could crawl underneath it. I have essentially renovated my home around the limitations of a $200 robot. At this point, the Roomba isn't cleaning my house. My house is accommodating the Roomba. And then there is the mopping function. "Function" is doing a lot of work there. The Roomba doesn't really mop. It takes a wet rag, drags it across the floor, and enthusiastically distributes whatever it just drove through over every square foot it can reach. Congratulations. You didn't mop my floor. You homogenized the filth. Nothing says "clean house" like taking the mystery substance beneath the kitchen table and applying a thin, uniform coating of it to the entire floor. But perhaps the most disappointing part is that I genuinely wanted this to be good. I thought, I'm going to buy the better product from an American company. Oh, sweet summer child. Instead, I got a perfect little monument to the decline of American engineering. iRobot started as the company that made the world's best-known robot vacuum. Then, apparently, capitalism wandered into the engineering department, took a seat, and whispered, "How cheaply can we make this thing while still technically being able to say it works?" And boy, did they find out. This vacuum is the embodiment of late-stage product development: technically functional, aggressively mediocre, and somehow engineered around the premise that the customer should accommodate the machine rather than the other way around. It's almost poetic. Once upon a time, America made the machines everyone else wanted. Now we make a robot that needs me to rearrange my furniture before it can successfully drag a wet rag across my floor. The Roomba isn't the fall of Pax Americana. But if you needed a household appliance to symbolize America gradually losing its grip on technological dominance and handing the baton to China, this thing would be a pretty compelling candidate. Good game, America. It was good while it lasted.

Keeps my floors clean . “Keeps My Floors Clean with Minimal Effort”
I would definitely recommend this product I have had this product for a year or so and when I tell you it has been a life saver for me. Also it helps being that I have two cats. Please don’t pass up on this product. I’ve been using this robot vacuum for a while now, and it does a pretty solid job at keeping my floors clean. It easily picks up dust, crumbs, and pet hair on hardwood surfaces, and it’s fairly quiet while running. The design is simple, and it docks itself back to the charger without any issues most of the time. On the downside, it can sometimes struggle with corners or getting stuck under low furniture, and the dust bin needs to be emptied regularly. Still, for everyday cleaning and maintenance, it’s a reliable little helper that saves me time.

Update to my previous review
It works in a grid pattern, so if the pattern isn't just right, it gets stuck at our stairs at about 7 minutes in and we find it in the morning, stuck, unable to move. As it's moving, it will hit the docking station, changing it's pattern. If you send it out manually, it will not track the sweeping area. On the plus side, it does do a great job of picking up dirt. I moved it to a new location, and changed it to 5 nights a week, it still gets stuck every night, even on things it's bounced of of 100 times before. To my surprise though, the tray is full every time and spends more time working. It even picked up a quarter the other day, something a regular vacuum cleaner wouldn't.

What a Disappointment!
This is my 4th robo-vac. Two died immediately after warranty expired; one of those I spent months fighting with China to no avail, the other I just threw away. The third one, just before this, wouldn't give a product support phone number, and emails to the address provided in the manual came back undeliverable (also China), so I sent it back. This time I was determined to buy from an American company so I'd have support if something went wrong. Oops... Roomba also left me in limbo when I couldn't set up an account to access the app, no support phone number, just send an email. I fought for an hour to create an account. I'd try to set a password and they'd reject it without giving me the magic formula they expected, and also erasing my email address from the field above so I had to type it over and over. I kept being told they were sending a "verification email" that never arrived (several times). Had to go on their website to finally set up the account, only to find the app is completely useless. The only thing it's good for is you need it to set up Alexa. The attached images show the sum total of app capabilities. You can turn the vac on and off, and maybe pause, you can set water and suction levels, and that's it. My other vacs had arrows allowing you to guide and direct the vac when needed. Not this one. It only goes where it wants when it wants and you have no control whatsoever. When it encounters obstacles it gets confused and goes back over territory it's already covered. If you want it to go to an area it has repeatedly overlooked, you literally have to pick it up and carry it like a child, then barricade it in so it doesn't wander off again. If it does manage to find its way in to another room it has a hard time finding its way out again. It's decent at picking up dirt, it's pretty good at backing up when it gets stuck, and it was easy to connect to Alexa, but the lack of any way to control it cancels out those few positives. If it had any mapping capability maybe you could live without manual controls, but it's completely "dumb" and never learns anything. I've spent hours shopping, and already returned the last one I bought, and I don't want to return another one and start all over, so it looks like I'm stuck with this. But I wouldn't recommend it unless you have gigantic open spaces where all it needs to do is go back and forth.

Work well
I loveeee this robot, my first vacumn and mop robot. Highly recommend to my family and friends. I bought it on sale around 200$ with insurance. Cleaning all my floor very well, it can manage itself get out of my rug in the door, mopping very well, you can see in the photos the whole floor are wet but not too wet. I observe that it vacuums all my hairs too!!! I dont mind the noise, still less noisy compare with my vacuum. I thought it will miss some part in the room but it finally comes back to finish it. However, I dont know if it can finish and return itself to the dock, as after 45 mins I feel it's enough when it comes back the the bathroom and living the second time so I just click finishing and return hom in the app. At first I doubt it works with this price, I wanted to try, and if it didnt work, I always can return and increase my budget to buy better one. But now I dont need more expensive one anymore. this 200$ vacuum and mop robot is more than enough to me.

Love it
I love that you can connect the robot through Wi-Fi and start it whenever you want. I honestly use it every day because of my dogs and it works so well. I’ll use it every day just to keep the house clean and then I will use our shark vacuum on the weekends to get the spots that the robot didn’t get. It says that the robot doesn’t go on carpet, but mine goes on our area rugs just fine! I love it so much, I ordered my parents one for Christmas. I will say the mop part is not the best! You have to get specific cleaner for the mop part. You can’t just put any cleaner solution in it. I usually put water and a little bit of solution and it will mop a little but not like it says. So honestly, you would be better off with just the vacuum instead of the vacuum and the mop like this one.

Great at first, but a pain after one year
Had this for almost 13 months and it has already stopped working effectively. At first it was a great vacuum (we have never even used it to mop), picked up everything on our hard floor, quiet, and almost never got stuck. It was easy for my husband to set up as well, and easy to clean. Now, however, it gets stuck every few minutes, in places it didn’t used to have an issue with, and often for no obvious reason (not under low furniture, not clogged or needing to be cleaned). This is really disappointing for a name brand robot vacuum. When I first purchased the reviews were high, and it was recommended on some Amazon prime day list or something. Obviously, reviews have gone down. It won’t work in the long term.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lifesaver for pet owners & anyone who struggles to keep up with cleaning!
My Roomba has been a total game-changer for keeping my house clean, especially as a cat owner. Before I got it, I felt like I was constantly vacuuming to keep up with cat hair and litter. Now? I just press a button or start a cleaning session through the app, and the Roomba takes care of it for me. The mop function is another amazing bonus. It leaves my floors feeling squeaky clean, everything looks and feels so fresh after it’s done. Cleaning the Roomba itself is super easy. It even comes with a tool to cut hair out of the brush (a must with pets!), and the filter is simple to empty. It’s all designed to be pretty low-effort, which I really appreciate. I also love that it automatically returns to its charger when it’s done. Occasionally, it’ll get stuck somewhere and need a little help finding its way back, but the app notifications are immediate, and the Roomba also makes a noise to let me know. It’s super easy to check the app, locate it, and get it going again. Honestly, this has been such a great addition to my life, especially since I struggle with depression. Some days, it’s hard for me to keep up with chores - but with my Roomba, I can at least feel like my home is a bit cleaner, even on my tough days. It’s such a relief to have something that helps take that burden off my shoulders. If you have pets, a busy schedule, or just need some extra help with cleaning, I can’t recommend this enough!

Terrible and Inefficient
Navigation is just the worst... it has no sense of direction and just loves to get stuck in the corner or any wall. Turned it on for 1.5 hours and it got 8 sqm. The vacuum and mop function is fine, but none of that matters when it can't clean a single room without spending the majority of the time in one spot. Would not recommend, if you're going to buy a robot vacuum you might as well spend more money to invest in one that has mapping or at least a random mode so it doesn't get stuck when it hits a wall. This product would be great If you had an empty square room and the robot decided to go straight when you turned it on.

cool le lavage
Youpi!!!

Works well
Love my Robot vacuum. No more arguing between my kids over who vacuumed last and whose turn it is next. The robot vacuum does the job and doesn't complain! I still clean it out after every use, but it is super easy to take apart and cut out hair strands, etc. The inner flap on the receptacle that keeps the debris inside the canister broke off, but it still works and collects dust and debris well without it as long as it doesn't get overfilled, which it shouldn't if you use it regularly. I am impressed by how well it maneuvers and always amazed by how much it collects, even with very regular use. For the cheapest version (this one is unable to map out rooms or zones, so you'll have to just let it go do its thing on its own, or else move it to rooms manually and close it in to clean specific rooms), this is pretty good. Always leaves nice vacuum marks in carpets and rugs and does a good deep vaccum into the fibers. Better than my central vacuum's beater head for sure! There is still a level of cleaning and maintenance required (emptying after every use, cleaning and changing the filter regularly), but not a big deal and quick to do.

It does the job
Good product for the price. It picks up dog hair that I consistently have to be cleaning. It is not a top of the line cleaner but it definitely does the job.
