From first days I started take this products I can see incredible results. My stomach start feel better, lighter and after food I don't have heavy feeling. I can see any food I eat don't leave me with uncomfortable stage, like before. All ingredients are working for me, I stop feeling burning signs in my stomach, I can see acid level normal and don't disturb me any more. Easy to swallow , slight aftertaste but its minty so not bad , feel like its helping the bloating could be that ive slightly changed diet but for money its worth trying

Works when you take it at the right time I believe. I usually have just before I have dinner which is the heaviest meal of the day. Do for better health not weight loss.

These capsules arrived beautifully packaged - it looked like a box of expensive chocolate truffles! What you actually get is two bottles of digestive enzyme capsules. Each bottle contains 30 capsules, which at a dosage rate of one capsule per day is a month supply. On opening the bottle there is a strong aroma of mint - not surprising as peppermint is one of the active ingredients - others are bromelian (an enzyme found in pineapple), papain (an enzyme found in papaya) and betain hydrochloride (an enzyme that breaks down proteins). There is little information on the listing or the packaging about how and when to take this supplement other than it's a once a day dose, but since it's for gut health I think it's for supplementing a healthy diet when the gut needs a boost. They're easy to swallow and leave a slight minty flavour in the mouth which dissipates after a minute or two and doesn't leave any unpleasant aftertaste at all. The capsules are Vegan - not an issue for me but it is for many so it's worth noting, third party laboratory tested (no marking your own homework here), manufactures in the UK to Good Manufacturing Practice standards and with recyclable packaging. All good. I don't really know how effective they are, but they may be useful if I'm concerned that my gut health isn't what it should be. Worth considering.
