For the offer price during sale..I brought under 4.5k this is an excellent product one should consider for comfort experience.. I really like the way it was packed and delivered with no hint of damage even in box is commendable.Instructions are clear for easy assembly.. reclining back part is the one I feel would have done better...But overall I am happy with quality, comfort and price making a worth purchase....thks to seller and amazon

Very good chair in this price range
Looks very good and very comfortable chair with back support, movable hand supports, adjustable height with perfect size and easy to assemble with this price range.

Tilt Mechanism
All good but tilt Mechanism is bad. Seat also get tilted with back and I have to put more pressure to make it tilt. Also, doesn't look like it's going 130 degree.

After a good research I ordered this chair. Chair is good and very comfortable with good back and lumber support. Quality is also good and hope will last longer.I received chair with defective handrest. Contacted to brand CC and they sent a new handrest. Based on the support in initial stage confident that they will provide service in warranty period. Go for it.
