My daughter had gone on a trip and forgotten her creatine. I needed to send her one that could get there fast, her regular brand would take too long, so this was the best next option. I like the added supplements and it seems to be decently effective however, she doesn't care for the taste. She takes her regular brand of creatine without a problem but , I suppose, the added ingredients have a bit of a flavor and she doesn't care for it. She will still finish it off, so its not horrendous, but for my picky teen, its a no go for now.

I’ve taken a lot of creatine supplements over the years, and find this one to be really effective. No digestive issues or anything of that sort I typically take 3 to 4 on non-workout days. On workout days I take the Vintage Build pre workout, which is also quite effective.

I have taken it for several days and I have felt better, let's hope it will be like this with the passing of the days
