Used product delivered with no support from Amazon
We recieved the Samasung A9+ tablet for which the touch screen did not work. We immediately connected with Amazon support and was advised to go Samsung service center for replacement. At the Samsung service center we were told the product had been purchased a month before we ordered and received and hence it could not be replaced and they gave a pdf document stating the actual purchase date. Even after proving this evidence, the Amazon support only delayed the process by launching an investigation and ultimately saying that nothing can be done. I am left with a device which is not working ...out of replacement warranty without any fault of mine. No response from Amazon further. Very bad experience. Not sure why the seller was not contacted or no action taken. We as Customer have lost 20k money and don't have a working product.
