This is awesome. I heard about it from a friend who told me it was the only thing that helped her at all with food poisoning. She had tried other probiotics with no luck. I had to take penicillin for a couple weeks, and it felt like instant food poisoning. Terrible indigestion and pain. One dose of this completely reversed it! And I had been taking several other probiotics for days with no results at all. I highly recommend this and intend to keep it around at all times!

Returned it. Great idea, but the one I Bought might have been contaminated. Amazon took my complaint seriously and gave me a refund instantly, but the manufacturer did not respond in what I would consider to be an appropriate manner..
