This product has an interesting and seemingly comprehensive list of ingredients. At the current pricing, it seems quite reasonable for a three month supply. You can definitely spend a lot more on similar products. I definitely see a number of famous and well-touted ingredients that do supposedly boost energy, help mood and give more focus, etc. However, I honestly can’t pinpoint exact results from these type ingredients or any combination thereof. They may be helping some, but I combine and rotate through so many different supplements that I can never make a definitive statement on results. I also take a prescription med. In any case, I am happy to add this bottle to my rotation!

These capsules have been helpful in sharpening my overall focus. My immune system has always been quite good, so no real marked improvement there, but then it's difficult to get too much weller than well. The capsules have caused no side effects. Generally, a good addition to a daily routine.
