Outer shell of the lock is not metal.
I have a TSA lock which I got few years back. The old one is sturdy and heavy because that is Meade up of metal. This one is too light because the outer shell is made of some kind of plastic. The new one does not give the same confidence as the old one.

Horrible!!
Amazon's quality is getting worse by the day. I ordered this lock and they delivered a defective item. When I requested an exchange, they refused to replace it just because it came with two white keys. It’s their fault, so why should I have to suffer? This is so frustrating!
