Lightning to RJ45 Ethernet LAN Network Adapter with Charge Port for Select iPhone,iPad Models 100Mbps Charging Plug and Play

I love how fast the Ethernet is on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, I get close to 100 mbps. I can download videos and play games without any glitching from the WiFi or service provider. It really is better with this adapter I love to use it especially when I need to upload lots of photos to Amazon photo app or when I have to download big files.

I’m using this Ethernet adapter right now as I write this review. It works and I like that I can plug in a cable to charge if I need to but my battery isn’t going down as fast as usual due to being in air plain mode.I have an adapter for my android tablet as well and it much nicer. It’s solid and has a braided wire. That makes me think this could have been nicer but for the price it’s fine.

iPhone 13pro. Inconsistent working product

I choose this specific lightning to ethernet adapter over other similar ones because it was the only one I could find that said it had a warranty. It stopped working after less than 2 months. I reached out to the seller over a week ago about the 18-month warranty and have had no response.

Good product

This product was sent to me to review, as part of Amazon Vine. The below is my own real-world experience of using it.I chose it as I’ve previously used a similar adapter by a well-known brand, that I wasn’t very happy with (due to its poor download speeds). I like the flexibility an Ethernet adapter gives.In terms of the physical quality, it’s fairly robust, though I found the ports to be a little stiff, so I needed to use a bit more force to connect both the lan and power cables.My 5th generation iPad accepted the adapter straight away, and I was able to get online with no issues. I used Ookla’s SpeedTest, to get an idea of how fast my connection would be. I was very impressed - download was approximately 92-94mbps, and upload 25-26mbps. As the listing claims that the maximum achievable is 100mbps down, I’m happy with the result (I fully appreciate that the connection would have to be completely perfect/inteference free to get the best speed possible).Overall, a good value device.

This works fine with current versions of iOS despite the description. It doesn't have any LEDs to visually check that it's receiving network traffic, hence why it's 4 and not 5 star. Please be aware that this is restricted to 100 mbps, which is fine unless you want to benefit from full fibre speeds.
