My experience with hot flashes and night sweats were severe and somewhat horrifying. I wasn't able to sleep during the night due to constant sweats and chills and for obvious reasons didn't want to try hormones. I tried black cohosh and it did give me some relief but I still had the occasional daily episodes of hot flashes even though I took two a day. After taking this product not only my hot flashes and night sweats were GREATLY DIMINISHED, but it has had a enormous effect on my mood swings . You have to give this product 3 weeks to a month in order to see the full benefits but once you see the results, you would NOT want to go off of it and another upside is that the price is very reasonable.
