Feel like I sleep more soundly. We are 1 month in using our grounding sheet. Easy to clean. Our sheet fit our new thick mattress so we were happy.

The color is great. We wash the sheet every week, and have had it for over 6 months. No issues with the material, it is durable. Installation is easy, and the size was perfect. It is not as soft as other sheets I have used, but it is comfortable.

Sheet worked but after 5 months there was a tear in the corner and I washed them in a front load washer.On gentle cycle. They now don’t conduct the grounding electricity that they did when they were purchased. So they no longer work . The companies contact information phone number doesn’t work and I’ve emailed them twice with no satisfaction. If you buy this product beware that it could have a defect and you might not know it until after months. For the cost, I would assume she would last more than five months. I will search for another company that backs their product. Don’t use this company.

I've been using this for about a month. I wear an oura ring that tracks my sleep and when I have my grounding sheet on my bed my sleep scores are better. I get more deep sleep and a lower resting heart rate. I love doing something to improve my health that only requires me to sleep.

This sheet is perfect and it has very very deep pockets for bed toppers and deep mattresses. I enjoy it a lot. Feel good from being grounded while sleeping. Get it!

These sheets are not as smooth as pure cotton, However, grounding helps me with better quality sleep, I wake up well rested, with energy and improved interest for taking on life and its many opportunities and challenges.

I bought this sheet and it smelled bad didn't realize until I put it on bed and laid on it also was ruff so I took it off and put something different on until I could wash it. After I did that I put back on and it smelled nice, but really ruff and it shocks you a its a weird feeling and it kind of hurts and don't like it but I am a dummy and waited to long to return it. If you want any kind of grounding item get a mat or a pillow case and try it first before you buy something so not worth the money I paid.

For what u pay for you would think it would come with a flat sheet

I'm finally able to sleep after trying just about everything possible, I do wake up but go right back to sleep perhaps not the super best quality of cotton, however I prefer to actually SLEEP over no sleep for months on a super high quality of cotton!
