Wow. Amazing tape
Top notch quality and adhesion once applied to start my paint job with a sticky residue left after peeling off, real nice thickness with ease of use and size was exactly what I needed to get the job done and talk about performance it definitely held up and made my work very easy without the headache of fighting with that tape and it definitely did the job. I highly recommend purchasing. Performance is top notch. Thanks

Works Very Well
The idea of 4" tape was very appealing until I saw it in person and realized just how wide 4" actually is. It's a little more than I really needed, but that's my bad for not measuring. That being said, it sticks well and comes off cleanly. When I removed the tape, the line was crisp and there were no spots of the base paint stuck to the tape.My biggest issue would be the cellophane was so tight that the edges buckled inward and it was really difficult to get the roll started. The roll is so big that when I tried to cut it with one hand, I couldn't do it. I eventually got it and the end result was a good one!

3D Printing Print Sticks Well, a Little Blue Transfers to Print
The 3D print sticks well with this blue painters tape. But a little bit of blue is transferred to the print. If you use a raft, this will not be a problem, or if it is the bottom of the object is might be okay. I printed some mini picture frames face down because of the inset for the picture so the blue on the front of the picture frame is not good. The tape is slightly less than 4 inches, it is closer to 100 mm. It seems like it takes more effort to remove the printed from this tape, and this tape doesn’t seem to last as many prints. Thus, the tape needs to be replaced more often. I’m rating 3 because of the blue transfer and the frequency of replacing the tape for 3D printing.

Wow it is fat
This is the widest/fattest painters tape I have seen. I had gotten a roll of “regular” worth tape at the local orange hardware store. I was using it to paint above cabinets and needed a wide tape so I could paint quicker. The normal tape just did not seem wide enough. When I saw this I had to try it. I thought four inches is pretty wide; it turns out that four inch tape is very very wide. I taped this on the lip of the cabinet and went to town painting. This stuff worked great, it is wider than the brush I was using. I was able o be fast ad a little sloppy with this tape. I let the paint dry overnight before I removed the tape. The tape came off easily and left a very clean line with no bleed through. $16 may seem like a lot for painters tape, bu this stuff is almost two hundred feet long and super wide! I will keep it and use selectively for difficult to paint areas and for when kids help paint. This tape preforms as advertised and worked out well for me.

Great product!
Seems to work for what I need it for. I've never used such a wide painter's tape before, but I like it just the same. I use it when I paint walls and my daughter uses it for her artwork.

For The Sloppy...
...painter. This will help. But, take this from someone who worked through school as a part time painter. Go a little slower and be careful. Learn not to overload your brush. Too much on the brush leads to more time spent cleaning up mistakes later. Learn to hold your brush properly. It is a tool. The tape is also a helper, not a problem solver. And always make sure the tape is applied properly.

Holy over kill Batman!
They don't give this tape away. For something not likely to be reused, 4 inch wide tape is decadently luxurious. I needed to mask off just the edges of the glides for a drawer I'm getting ready to install. I decided to slice off a 1 inch roll from the big bologna loaf by using a bandsaw. It turns out I'll be going back to the drawing boards on that. As the cut gets in the middle of the roll the drag from the tape goo distorts the travel of the bandsaw blade so I ended up with a slice off the roll that was an inch on one side and about a quarter inch on the other. Next time I will use the table saw with its more assertive blade.
