A Nice Pressing Of A Classic Album
This album needs no introduction, it’s an album that’s spent over 1000 weeks in the top 100 album charts! It’s a great album that was superbly produced and has stood the test of time. What I’m actually reviewing is the pressing and packaging. Firstly this seems to NOT be remastered - this is a VERY GOOD thing in my opinion. I own an original pressing of this album from ‘77 that has seen better days and the mastering seems the same between the two records which is great news to me. The grape colour translucent vinyl looks superb and most of all my copy is nice and flat with no warps and also came supplied in a poly lined inner sleeve which was a nice surprise! The sound quality is excellent. A small amount of crackle in places, but nothing obnoxious. I’ve only played the record on my secondary turntable so far - but it’s clear that this is a nice pressing that sounds good.To anyone seeking out a fresh copy of Rumours to maybe replace a tired old original copy, I can highly recommend this one! The outer sleeve and inner sleeve notes are a reproduction of the originals on thinner material, but overall I think this version of the album is good value, it looks nice on the platter and most of sounds as it should.A pleasant happy purchase!

Incredible LP (excellent press)
I’m reviewing ‘Rumours’ by Fleetwood Mac of course it’s going to get 5* it’s a classic!I remember this album from when I was a young boy & my mother would listen to it amongst so many other albums, now when you’re young you don’t understand art, film & music properly it’s just there but I remember ’Go Your Own Way’ & ‘Don’t Stop’ they were (are) catchy songs I had no idea what they were about but I knew them & a good few others from off of the album, I’d hum them to myself many, many moons ago way back in primary school.I had to have it amongst my recent re-start of a a brand new 12” record collection & the fact that Amazon had their own exclusive Grape Coloured Vinyl was just a little bonus, the album has been re-released so many times there’re all kinds of coloured discs out there & picture discs there’s even an alternative front cover out there (!) this coupled with the fact that musically it’s superb has made it the biggest selling vinyl album of all time.It baffles me this album as in how? How on earth did they finish this album when Christine McVie has written & sings ‘You Make Loving Fun’ for one of the lighting engineers & her husband John McVie knows this & goes along & plays the bass on it! They’re quite dark song’s lyrically & mainly the lyrics between Lindsey Buckingham & Stevie Nicks on tracks such as ‘Second Hand News’ ‘I Don’t Want To Know’ ‘Go Your Own Way’ ‘The Chain’ & ‘Never Going Back Again’ , aren’t on the happier side lyrically but thankfully the music doesn’t succumb to the subject matter & it’s dreary outlook on relationships, that’s how it worked. It’s a wonderful album & is well worthy of the title “A Classic Album” & it’s been brilliantly pressed as the sound quality is superb.

Great Album
Love Fleetwood Mac, and this is one of my favourite albums. Lost all my vinyl in a house fire years ago, and I’m starting to collect again. Love the coloured vinyl. Really pops on the turntable.
