R+Co BLEU Ingenious Thickening Shampoo, 8.5 Oz

I recently tried the R+Co BLEU Ingenious Thickening Shampoo, and I’m really happy with how it’s been working for my hair. I’ve got fine hair, so I was hoping this would help add some volume—and it definitely does! It makes my hair feel thicker and more full without weighing it down.The shampoo lathers really well and rinses out easily, leaving my hair feeling clean and light. It also has a nice, subtle scent that’s not too overpowering, which I love. Plus, it’s free from sulfates and other harsh ingredients, so it feels good knowing I’m using a cleaner product.If you’ve got fine or flat hair, I’d definitely recommend giving this a try. It’s a bit on the pricier side, but it really does help with volume and strength.

I've used a few R+Co products and I always end up really liking them. They do what they say, they have unique scents and they're high quality. This thickening shampoo works well. After the first wash, before I even conditioned, I could feel my hair strands expand, especially my roots. I could feel the volume and my hair was squeaky clean, something thickening shampoos usually don't accomplish for me. The texture of the shampoo itself was very rich, a little goes a long way and it lathers wonderfully. I didn't experience my hair feeling stripped or coated, there wasn't any residue or weigh down either. My only negative is the scent, it's very hard to describe but it's not fruity or fresh, not floral or powdery, it reminds me of a men's bodywash. It's not a horrible scent, and my own conditioner covers it right up, but when you open the bottle and smell a hair product you want to be attracted to the scent and this doesn't do that for me. I really do like the formula itself and as someone with fine hair it does an excellent job at boosting my thickness and volume. Great formula, just not a fan of the scent.

The BLEU Ingenious thickening shampoo did provide my hair with more volume and gave my normal limp hair the lift and body it needed. The shampoo produces a nice lather, and it has a very light scent which shouldn't interfere with any other body fragrances that are used. Considering I was using this shampoo to give me more volume, I did not follow up with a conditioner after shampooing. Since I have fine hair, sometimes conditioner makes my hair feel even thinner and fly-away. I was pleasantly surprised how much more volume and density my hair had without the use of conditioner.

Alright. This shampoo is definitely shampoo, I think. Out of the box, it has no instructions or ingredients, but I did find the ingredients hidden on the bottom of the box. If you’re sensitive to SLS, then this won’t be your friend. Otherwise, this shampoo has an extremely strong scent that you’ll love or hate. The scent is the typical blend that o associate with products marketed towards men.After the scent, the next thing I noticed was how thick the shampoo itself was, closer to a conditioner type of feel. I actually wasn’t sure if I should use a conditioner after it but, since I normally do, why not! In any case, I was concerned this might just dry out hair, but it actually leaves a different texture, sort of like a leave in conditioner. So it doesn’t dry out hair, at least not in my use of it.I’ll be honest, it’s hard for me to say if this is good quality or not. As far as I’m concerned, shampoo is basically the same unless it has some active ingredient in looking for. This certainly looks like it’s different, but nothing stood out to me in the ingredients list. I’m hesitant to advise on this other than to say it seemed to produce a a similar effect t to either leave-in conditioner or light product, which is really just adding volume.It’s certainly ok enough and didn’t wow me nor disappoint. hope this helps!

Like all the ladies I"m always looking for products to help me look my best and I'm really pleased with this R+Co BLEU Thickening Shampoo. It's a very thick gel and a little bit went a long ways on my medium length thick hair. I just use a very small amount that lathers up great, wait a few minutes and rinse out and my hair immediately has more shine and body. The product has a very mild scent that I think will be fine for everyone. If you wanted to gift this product I think you'd be happy with the product and the packaging. It arrives in a very nice looking purple box and then when you open it the bottle is a cute shape too. I'm pleased with this shampoo and would definitely recommend it.

I am a huge fan of R&Co, and i was excited to try this line. I have very fine wavy hair, and often like to use a thickening or texture spray in my hair to add volume.I have used this 3 times now. I'm not sure it's right for me. First off, I love the smell. Its earthy and decadent. Secondly, the packaging is nice as well. The optics of this product, from the ingredients to the earth friendly measures they take, are great.But, it leaves my hair feeling a little tacky. Not as clean as I would hope. And with wavy hair, I wash once a week, maybe once every 5 days, so I want that truly clean feeling. Now, it does add volume, so my hair looks much thicker after use. Points for doing what it says. But, I can achieve the same thing with a couple after wash products that leave my hair softer in the end. So while this is convenient as a one step process I have to do anyway, I think I will save it for the days when I need wash and go volume, but stick to my other shampoo for the days I have time to do my full routine, as I like the results better.

has a nice texture and made my thin hair very strong but made my scalp very itchy and very irritated. i dont think i will use again. went back to my regular and feel way better.
