I have been taking biotin for a few months. Needed a boost so I bought the keratin to go with it. It's only been a week and a half and my nails have definitely experienced a growth spurt. They are also harder than they were. I'm seeing such a noticeable difference in just under two weeks of adding on the keratin. Can't wait to see even better results after a month or two.

I had a low ferritin level which was probably contributing to my hair loss. I'd been taking an iron supplement for some time and the hair loss had not stopped. I added this and it slowed the hair loss way down. It sure does make your hair and your fingernails grow quickly

Our bodies make Keratin for many things, but mostly hair and nails. But in this day and age, even the healthiest of meal planners may be lacking because our food-growing soil is so depleted. Kiss the Ground is an interesting online watch. Farmers are now working toward regenerating their farms' soils, but in the meantime we need to step up and give our bodies the extra nutrients they need. There is also research indicating Keratin may rebuild a structure that mimics and is as strong as tooth enamel. So although I'm pretty decent on the enamel front I'll be playing with the Keratin in that regard as well.

I like how this has helped my hair being smoother. My hair is growing quicker as well.
